Good day.

My name is Leonid, Head of Software Development at Rent Ready. We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our team and work alongside our Lead Data Analyst to identify business development opportunities.

About Us: Rent Ready is an American company that has been developing a platform to simplify rental property maintenance since 2017. Our platform allows property managers to organize apartment repairs with just one click, taking care of routine tasks like selecting workers, scheduling, organizing the sequence of tasks, and finding replacements if a worker falls ill. As a result, managers spend 5 minutes instead of 5 hours on each apartment. In March 2021, we raised $10M in funding to further develop our platform, and we' re planning a Series B round in 2025.

Our Software Development Department currently consists of 16 dedicated team members from Russia, Turkey, and Portugal.

Responsibilities:

• Implement change requests and fix bugs in the existing Power BI reports.
• Design and implement algorithms.
• Connect external systems to gather data.
• Continuously improve our data warehouse.

• A strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Ability to understand API Specs, identify relevant API calls, and extract/transform data
• Familiarity with Power BI or a similar reporting tool
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Degree in Statistics/CS/Math/Economics (or related area) or equivalent industry work experience
• Basic coding skills in Python (or R), SQL, or other similar software
• Understanding of statistical and mathematical modeling
• Experience with Power BI data sources and dashboards

Terms:

• Paid trial for the first 2 weeks at $10 per hour, including 3 days of onboarding and 7 days of small tasks and bug fixes in Power BI reports
• Full-time transition with a compensation of $1650 gross (after all taxes, you will have at least $1500 monthly)
• 20 paid days off (equivalent to 4 weeks of vacation)
• Observed holidays are not deducted from the payment
• Opportunity to start working for a US company with a minimum B1 English level
