Обязанности

• Lead the development and operationalization of a global HR Shared Services Center, consolidating HR processes, improving service delivery, and creating a unified approach to HR management across all regions
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the global HR operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external HR service providers, such as payroll vendors, local benefits administrators, and local HR technology vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with local, regional, and international employment laws and regulations across all HR operations, working in cooperation with the Employment law team.
• Manage global mobility programs, ensuring effective and compliant relocation, expatriate, and immigration services.
• Collaborate with HR centers of expertise (CnB, HR BP, Analytics, T& D, Recruitment) to develop and implement HR strategies and practices
• Be an active part of HR management team
• Develop and manage the HR operations budget, ensuring cost control and optimization of resources.

Требования

• Bachelor' s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a global HR leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing HR across multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead multicultural teams remotely
• Willingness to travel extensively.
