Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Development: Develop and maintain web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless functionality from front-end to back-end.

2. Architecture Design: Design and implement efficient, scalable, and maintainable code architecture.

3. Code Review and Quality Assurance: Lead code reviews and maintain high standards for quality and reliability.

4. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

5. Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.

6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to ensure cohesive and timely project execution.

7. Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

8. Innovative Solutioning: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions to

improve application performance and user experience.

Requirements

1. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

2. Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and other relevant technologies in the JavaScript ecosystem.

3. Database Proficiency: Experience with database design and management, SQL and NoSQL databases.

4. Version Control Expertise: Proficiency in using version control systems, such as Git.

5. Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle challenging programming and design problems.

6. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.

7. Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
