1. Strategy Development and Planning:

• Developing trade marketing strategies for Givenchy brand, from HQ.

• Planning and coordinating offline and online activities, tailored to the specifics of the Kazakhstani market and the needs of the target audience.

2. Market Analysis and Research:

• Conducting in-depth market analysis, including assessing the competitive landscape, trends, and consumer behavior.

• Investigating the effectiveness of competitors' activities and identifying opportunities to enhance brand positioning.

3. Implementation of Activities:

• Organizing and monitoring trade events in retail outlets: decorations, promotional zones, activations, and conducting trade events.

• Managing online activities, including content marketing, email campaigns, and advertising.

4. Budget and Resource Management:

• Developing and overseeing the budget for trade marketing activities.

• Efficient allocation of POSM to maximize impact on the target audience.

5. Analysis and Reporting:

• Systematic analysis of activity effectiveness, including gathering and analyzing sales data, conversions, and other key metrics.

• Preparation of reports on activities undertaken, including outcomes of events, for presentation to management.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Effective collaboration with the HQ and other departments for information exchange and coordination of activities.

• Fostering productive partnerships with retail and wholesale partners, including presenting strategies and event plans.

7. E-com:

• Managing product catalogs on retail partners' websites.

• Planning, coordinating, and executing customer engagement activities and promotions.

• Developing special pricing offers, working on promotional campaigns, and analyzing their effectiveness.

• Managing customer loyalty programs, including email newsletters, app notifications, and SMS.
