Site Manager – Renewable EnergyUp to £70,000 plus benefitsMitcham, South LondonMC Technical Recruitment are currently seeking to recruit an experienced AD Site Manager / Operations Manager / Plant Manager, to manage and optimise production output, maintenance and health and safety of a 24/7 process plant based in Mitcham, South London.As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for: Managing day to day operations ensuring production targets are hit and the delivery of KPIsOverall operating effectiveness and ensuring best practice for plant performanceLeading, managing and developing a multi-skilled operations teamImplementing SOPs, maintenance schedules, etc.Ensuring health & safety is adhered to at all timesEnvironmental auditing and ensuring operations within site permitsOverseeing site project improvements and upgradesOther duties as required To be considered for this opportunity, you must have: Experience as a Plant Manager / Site Manager on a process plantPeople management and leadership skillsExperience working within the AD/Biogas sector (or similar wastewater, water treatment, CHP, etc.)WAMITAB COTC (achieved or working towards)HNC / HND / City & Guilds Level 3 or apprenticeship in engineering/process related subject This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading, expanding business within the Renewable Energy industry.The package on offer includes an attractive basic salary up to £70,000 (depending on experience), plus company benefits including a discretionary annual bonus.If you are interested in applying, please click “apply today”, send your latest CV to , or call Matt on for a confidential chat.
