We have brought our brightest minds together to respond to our client’s Project and Programme management objectives.Senior Project Manager range of tasks, to include:Conducting background research, data collection and benchmarkingEstablishing effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the projectProducing project plansMonitoring and documenting project progress and other performance indicatorsTracking and documenting changesPreparing written project communication materialsPreparing formal project progress and other reportsLiaising with the client, contractors and designersAttending meetings and drafting minutes, etc Other responsibilities, to include:Preparing presentation materials for client pitches, etcInputting key information into the Turner & Townsend internal database
