GCP DevOps Engineer, Istio, London/Hybrid, £700 My client, a leading digital consultancy are currently looking for a GCP DevOps Engineer to join an end client within the banking space on an initial 6 month contract. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with Istio as well as Google Cloud Platform. This is a hybrid role, Inside Ir35 and will require you in their London office 2/3 days per week. Requirements; Hands on Experience with GKE cluster management and deploying workloads in the cluster Hands on Experience with Istio service mesh with features like authentication , authorization , load balancing , routing ,virtual network route tables subnets , gateway , Configuring control plane , ingress gateway Hands on Experience with Google cloud and its offerings like VPCSC ,IAM, Project Hands on Experience with Terraform for automating infrastructure deployment Hands on Experience with Kubernetes network policies, GKE RBAC Policies, Role Bindings, Kubernetes Jobs, Kubernetes Logging & Monitoring etc. CI/CD - Hands-on experience with Jenkins or similar tools Scripting - Bash or Python or Groovy Please apply for more information
