At Nela, we blend purity in flavour, hospitality, and atmosphere. Were looking for a Bar Manager to join us from the start and help build something special in London. Your Role As Bar Manager, youll take full ownership of the bar operation. You will lead a team of 10 and shape one of Londons most exciting drinks programmes. Expect to work with techniques like fat washing, sous vide infusions, smoking, clarification, and house ferments. You will push creative boundaries while keeping a sharp focus on consistency, speed, and guest experience.
