Job DescriptionDepartment: IQ-EQ RegCom – Portfolio Management & Reporting TeamReports to: Head of AIF OversightWhat You'll Do - The primary activity of the role is to act as client relationship manager on a number of key clients, ensuring relationship and service working well, and liaising with internal teams who will deliver operationally.You will be responsible for managing client relations across our portfolio of investment management clients, across the spectrum of long-only equity funds, hedge and credit funds, to private equity, real estate and venture capital vehicles.You will also help to identify from existing clients when additional services are required i.e. a new fund launch or replacement Administrator tenders arise, and work with IQ-EQ Commercial team to submit a proposal for that business.Intention for role to manage two analysts initially who will support the function as we build out the team producing fund board reports and undertaking portfolio risk reporting.You will be part of the PM&R Team which is responsible for undertaking portfolio monitoring and producing investment management reports across all investment mandates.Supporting the Portfolio Monitoring Committee (a 2nd Line of Defence committee) and PM&R Team on its reporting to fund boards (2LoD monitoring).Acting in an advisory capacity to the ARs on new regulations such as Consumer Duty and ESG regulations.The role will also include:Supporting the Portfolio Monitoring Committee with regular reporting, including Annual Product Review, AIF Assessment, and investment milestone monitoring. Additional work around Consumer Duty and PROD as required, including value assessments, target market assessments, annual reports and Consumer Duty MI.Production of AIFM reporting and enhancing AIFM board reporting to be more aligned with Irish Manco (liquid funds) and Lux AIFM (illiquid funds).Developing AIF/AIFM reporting for ESG regulations including EU SFDR and UK TCFD & SDR.Collaborating with colleagues across the wider IQ-EQ group.Contributing to meeting team objectives and coming up with process improvements.Enhancing own understanding of regulatory landscape and taking learning opportunities that are offered.Taking responsibility for own progression including learning & development objectivesFollowing the set policies and procedures around managing conduct riskAdhering to all company and IQ-EQ Group policies and procedures
