Leveraged Finance Associate (3 – 6 PQE) We are working with an Elite US law firm on a position within their highly regarded Leveraged Finance team within their London office. The position is for a 3 – 6 year PQE Associate. You will be working on a across Private Credit and syndicated investors. You will be working on Leveraged Financings, investment-grade acquisition facilities, restructurings, and emerging markets loans with clients across the US and Europe. Individuals can work on both sponsor and/or lender matters The team undertake both lender and sponsor matters, working with chambers ranked partners. You will have the opportunity to specialise at the senior level.
