Job Vacancy: SEN Teaching Assistant (ARP Unit) Location: Primary School, Hayes, West London Start Date: After Easter 2025 Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time OnlyWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our inclusive and nurturing Additional Resource Provision (ARP) Unit in a welcoming primary school in Hayes.This is a full-time role starting immediately after Easter and offers an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.About the Role:
Supporting children with a range of additional needs (e.g., autism, speech & language difficulties, and other complex needs)
Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support
Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
Promoting independence, emotional regulation, and social development
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Has previous experience working with children with SEN (particularly in an ARP or similar setting)
Is patient, caring, and resilient
Can work collaboratively as part of a committed and dynamic team
Has strong communication and interpersonal skills
