Our international client based in North West London is thrilled to be adding to its superstar team of established and energetic Client Account Manager! If you have previous experience as a Customer or Account Coordinators within Removals/Storage or Logistics & Supply Chain and you understand the nature of providing a luxury customer experience to high end individuals then this could be the role for you! Job Title: Client Account/Move Manager Role Type: Permanent Salary: 32k to 38k Location: North West London Hours: Monday - Friday (Hybrid working for 1 day) 8:30- 17:30 Key Responsibilities Coordinating domestic and International moves on behalf of high-net-worth individuals and private clients. Providing a first-class/luxury service to all customers through accurate recording of information and prompt communication. Effectively managing customer complaints, always ensuring a professional approach. Consistently reviewing your approach, working to obtain exceptional customer reviews. Liaising with the warehouse team, shippers and agents to coordinate shipping routes. Prioritising and effectively planning your time, ensuring that all tasks are monitored until moving completion. Updating clients on their shipping details and assisting with any further enquiries. Ensuring completed contracts, payments and account checks are received and recorded. Accurately preparing all necessary export and import documentation. Booking and managing storage, organising inspections and extractions. Liaising with external third-party services for additional support when required. Working closely with key internal stakeholders including operations, sales and customs. Desirable Exceptional problem solving and customer skills Understanding of the Logistics, Fine Art, Customs or Transport sectors Experience in coordinating luxury goods or services.
