We are supporting a world renowned property management client, who are currently hiring a Data Architect to help structure and optimise the Data functions Overview: We're looking for a Data Architect to help structure and optimise a wide range of complex datasets across multiple business functions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in cloud based data architecture, DevOps practices, and enterprise data warehouse development. Working closely with a collaborative data team, you'll help drive enhancements in cloud orchestration, CI/CD pipelines, and data platform efficiency. You'll also provide technical leadership across architectural, design, and coding best practices. Key Responsibilities: Drive advancements in cloud orchestration workflows Enhance and maintain CI/CD processes and automation Create and maintain accurate architectural documentation Perform performance tuning across data solutions Write clean, well documented, and reusable code Required Experience: Proven track record in Enterprise Data Warehouse development Strong skills in Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL Hands-on experience with Databricks and Azure DevOps Solid knowledge of data architecture principles in a cloud environment Nice to Have: Experience working in the Property or Real Estate sector Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform Exposure to Alteryx for data workflows and automation Key Skills & Attributes: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Capable of working in high pressure environments while remaining calm and focused A self-starter who is proactive, hands-on, and confident in solving complex technical challenges Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset If you're a technically driven individual with a passion for scalable architecture and efficient data solutions, we'd love to hear from you.
