If you have a keen eye for detail, and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient handling of reservation inquiries.- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, including managing room availability, rates, and special requests.- Conduct training sessions for reservation agents to enhance their skills and ensure a high standard of service delivery.- Interact with guests to assist with reservation inquiries, provide information about the hotel's offerings, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.- Work closely with other departments, such as Front Office and Sales, to optimise room inventory, maximise revenue, and enhance the overall guest experience.- Generate and analyse reservation reports to identify trends, monitor performance, and implement strategies for improvement.
