This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious paralegal with solid experience in private client work—particularly in drafting Wills and taking client instructions.The Role: Working closely with experienced solicitors, you will support the team in managing a range of private client matters, with a particular focus on Will drafting. You’ll take initial client instructions, prepare draft Wills, maintain accurate records, and help ensure a smooth and professional client experience throughout.Key Responsibilities:Taking clear and comprehensive instructions from clients for WillsDrafting straightforward and complex Wills with minimal supervisionPreparing letters, documents, and client correspondenceAssisting with Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate matters as requiredManaging administrative tasks and maintaining case filesLiaising with clients in a professional and empathetic mannerRequirementsExperience in a Private Client team.Strong legal drafting and written communication skillsConfident taking instructions directly from clientsExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage your own workloadFriendly, professional, and client-focused approachBenefitsSupportive and collaborative team environmentOngoing training and professional developmentCompetitive salary and benefits package
