Caretaker needed in West London Paying £16.93 per hr Ref 1506602Full time on a temporary basis Key Responsibilities:Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the building and grounds.Ensure the premises are clean and tidy at all times.Monitor and manage security systems.Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Liaise with contractors and service providers.Requirements:Proven experience in a caretaker or similar role.Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.Must understand health and safety regulations and the use of cleaning chemicals (COSHH).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
