The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in facilitating property lettings transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.Responsibilities: Liaise with applicants to understand their property requirements and preferences Conduct property viewings with potential tenants Negotiate rental offers on behalf of clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends Collaborate with colleagues to achieve lettings targets and business objectives Provide excellent customer service throughout the letting process Skills: A minimum of 12 months experience in lettings Strong local knowledge of Ealing and surrounding areas Driving Licence & Own Car (required) Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues Strong administrative abilities to manage contracts efficiently Exceptional organisational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele What's On Offer?
