Job DescriptionKey Duties & Responsibilities:Manage sales forecasting, pipeline data, and performance analysis to support VP of Sales and Sales LeadersDevelop, implement, and improve end-to-end sales processes, including CRM (Salesforce) management and data accuracyPrepare reports and management packs for board meetings and sales leadership reviewsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Alliances, etc.) to ensure alignment and reconcile revenue differencesProvide training and support to the sales team on processes, tools, and reportingMaintain and improve sales administration documentation, policies, and KPIsSupport strategic initiatives such as product go-to-market plans and sales transformation projects
