Job Description Full time Field Based Up to £40,000 per year plus bonusAs a Eurorepar Car Service Franchise Development Manager with the MSXI Global group, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work across the UK identifying, prospecting and engaging dealers and independent garages to join the Eurorepar network; the fast-growing all-makes garage maintenance and repair network, supported by one of the largest global vehicle manufacturers.The aim of the role is to grow the Vehicle Manufacturer’s network of dealers and independent garages and to increase the aftermarket parts range sales through this network.In this role you will:Identify, prospect and contact suitable franchise candidates within a given area.Present the Eurorepar franchise membership programme to Senior Management in dealers and independent garages and explain the benefits of joining the programme.Provide ongoing support to franchisees in order to grow their parts sales and purchase loyalty.Liaise regularly with Head Office staff and project management to establish smooth on-going operations.Support franchise member’s events, shows and marketing initiatives.Induct and train franchisee members on the use of all ERCS systems & processes. Implement parts supply via the Hub network.Support and coach franchisee staff in customer handling and sales techniques.Implement and support National Programs and initiatives.Implement workshop reporting process, analyze results and produce action plans as necessary.Ensure minimum standards are adhered to for both customer service and physical standards.
