Are you a passionate and driven Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) eager to make a difference in primary education? We have an exciting opportunity for you to work on a supply basis at a reputable primary school in the OL6 area due to a rise in class sizes. This full-time position offers an immediate start, with vacancies available in every year group.Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum. Adapt teaching strategies to meet the varying needs of all students. Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, staff, and the wider school community. Maintain high standards of classroom discipline and student behavior. Essential Requirements: Recently qualified with a relevant teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent). A genuine passion for teaching and a dedication to student progress. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in different school environments. What We Offer: Flexible Work: Select your preferred working days to suit your availability. Competitive Daily Rate: Earn between £100 and £160 per day, depending on your experience and commitment.
