Sheet Metal Worker - Thin Gauge Aluminium Location: New Forest Hourly Rate: £17 - £20 per hour Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs: 7:45 - 16:15, Fri: 7:45 - 12:45) Shift Patterns: Flexible hours with alternative shift patterns, including a condensed 4-day week (Mon-Thurs) Overtime: Time and a half Job Overview: We are seeking skilled and experienced Sheet Metal Workers specializing in thin gauge aluminium. The role involves fabricating and assembling sheet metal products using hand tools rather than automated equipment. You will be expected to work in a safety-conscious environment, adhering to company health and safety policies, while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
