In this role, you will:• Perform comprehensive patient assessments • Create and implement personalised rehabilitation plans • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy treatments to optimise recovery • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care • Maintain accurate patient recordsRequirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:• A current and valid HCPC registration • Experience working with orthopaedic patients • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team • A commitment to delivering high-quality patient careWorking Hours & Contract Duration: This flexible role offers full-time hours with the possibility of extended hours and flexible scheduling.
