Job DescriptionPortico have an amazing new opportunity available as a Guest Services Ambassador, who will be a part of our team based at a magic circle law firm in the city.This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that combines tasks across reception, events, and switchboard functions. The Guest Services Ambassador will need to remain agile and flexible to cover the needs of the role, whilst ensuring that the high standards of service are consistently maintained, ensuring that all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally.Hours: 40 hour per week, with shifts usually falling between 7am-7pm from Monday to Friday. There are occasional weekend shift required based on operational needs. Salary: £32,000
