Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for driving results and leading dynamic teams? We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects from start to finish across a diverse range of areas for our client based in Bangor, Gwynedd.In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full project lifecycle, ensuring every phase including planning, execution, and delivery is managed effectively. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain documentation, and ensure projects meet their objectives within a given timescale.As the Project Manager your key responsibilities will be: Managing and delivering all phases of assigned projects, ensuring high-quality outcomesDeveloping comprehensive project plansAllocating resources, set deadlines, and monitor progress to achieve milestonesFacilitating regular meetings, communicate updates, and address any issues Overseeing project documentation and ensure all records are accurate and up to dateBalancing workloads, assign tasks, and review work to ensure consistent qualityCoordinating training for end-users impacted by project implementationsTo manage project scope, document changes, and secure stakeholder approvalsPreparing detailed status reports We would love to hear from you if you have the following: Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in a project management or a related roleCertification in CAPM, PMP, or PRINCE2Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related fieldStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional organisational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines with attention to detailA valid driver’s license and current passport In return for your experience - you will be rewarded with a permanent, full-time opportunity, a competitive annual salary circa £35,000, and be working from modern offices in Bangor, Gwynedd.
