X3 Production / Manufacturing Operatives RequiredRegion: Staffordshire ST13We are currently recruiting for x3 staff for our client based in ST13, Staffordshire. Ideally, applicants should have experience within a busy manufacturing industry. Experienced in operating Agricultural plant (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance) experience would be advantageous to handle bulk products, but training will be provided for suitable candidates.What we are looking for:Experienced in operating Agricultural plant such as (Loading Shovel, Telehandler, FLT Counterbalance)Working with in a manufacturing Environment Ideal from a farming background or Quarry BackgroundHandling of raw materialsOperating machine - cookers and crushersRate of Pay: £13.50 per hourOver Time: X1.5 Monday Saturday X2 Sundays.Minimum requirements for Production OperatorProduction / Manufacturing ExperienceFLT / Telehandler Experience Methodical MindsetOwn transport - due to locationHours of Work: There are 3 Shift Patterns Available:Shift 1:Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, 48 hours per week, days of work Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday each week. Hours of work are 06:00-18:00.Shift 2:Working hours are 4 x Night Shifts (4 on / 4 off). Average 42 hours per weeIncluding weekends on rotation. Hours of work are 18:00-06:00.Shift 3:Working hours are 4 x Day Shift, 48 hours per week, days of work, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday each week.
