About the Role As a Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, depending on your subject specialism. Your key responsibilities will include: Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet curriculum requirements and inspire students. Assessing student progress, providing constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, where all students feel valued and motivated. Using a variety of teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities. What They’re Looking For The academy is looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher who has: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
