The role The firm is seeking to hire a Corporate Insolvency Partner for their City of London office. You will join a thriving team of 4 in the London office, however you will be part of the wider Litigation team which is sizeable and growing You will deal with a high-quality caseload of corporate insolvency matters. You will work with the partnership to drive the departments forwards, work on strategy, and will mentor develop and inspire more junior members of the team You will advise companies, creditors, directors and other stakeholders on matters related to financial distress, insolvency and restructuring You will deal with a wide spectrum of companies across different sectors, which will make for an interesting caseload The insolvency team has a friendly, collaborative and supportive working environment, where they work closely with other departments. You will have at least 8 years PQE in corporate insolvency (there is no upper limit) Salary / package will be competitive and is negotiable depending on your level of experience.
