Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone to join us in making a real difference for young people in our Camden Youth Centre, The Hive!The Hive is a leading youth support service, offering holistic mental health and wellbeing support to 16-24 year olds. We are looking for a passionate Youth Outreach & Engagement Coordinator to lead an exciting new outreach initiative, engaging marginalised young people and breaking down barriers to accessing support.About the RoleDevelop and deliver outreach initiatives to engage young people in high-risk or hard-to-reach communities.Build partnerships with schools, youth groups, and local organisations.Run workshops, focus groups, and assemblies to raise awareness of mental health and wellbeing services.Support young people in accessing The Hive’s services, including sexual health, employment programmes, and social prescribing.Monitor impact, track referrals, and report outcomes.
