Are you a passionate Reception Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity in a well-established Primary School?Flourish Education is seeking a dedicated Reception Teacher to join a supportive school in the Barton area of Gloucester, who are rated 'Good' by Ofsted. This is a long term role and you will have full Class Teacher responsibilitiesThis role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in Early Years education while working in a school that values excellent behaviour management and high SEN support. Job Role:Full class responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment.Delivering engaging lessons in line with the EYFS and National Curriculum.Implementing the Little Wandle Phonics Scheme to support early reading development.Working closely with SEN pupils, ensuring individual learning needs are met.Maintaining excellent behaviour management strategies in the classroom.Collaborating with staff and parents to support pupil progress and development. Required Skills and Experience:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).Experience working as a Reception Teacher, Class Teacher, or within Early Years education.Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and National Curriculum.Confidence in using Little Wandle Phonics Scheme to teach phonics.Proven ability to support children with high SEN needs.Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Working as a Reception Teacher for Flourish Education also offers you excellent benefits, including: £162 - £223 per day, which equates to £30,030 to £41,145 per annum based on working 5 days a week for a full school year.The option of PAYE or Umbrella.
