Job Title: Change Agent for Schools Location: Guildhall, London Job Type: 12 Months Work Type: Onsite Job Description : The Corporation has implemented SAP as its ERP system, integrating Finance and HR for enhanced operational efficiency. The system must be flexible, secure, and accessible remotely 24/7 while enabling innovation, automation, and process optimization. The Corporation is adopting S/4HANA for Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Environment, Health & Safety, and Budgeting functions. Purpose of the Role: As a member of the Programme Change Team, the Change Agent for Schools will work closely with the change and technical teams to understand the impact of the new HR and finance system on City Schools and Freemans School. The role involves fostering a culture of transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring best practices are shared both internally and externally. Key Responsibilities: Tailor and define technical implications before go-live, contributing to the change management plans for schools. Manage stakeholder expectations, provide updates, and address concerns. Establish feedback mechanisms to relay insights to technical teams. Represent schools in UAT, training, workshops, and communication activities. Support change networks and ensure schools are prepared for the transition. Collaborate with OCM, Change Leads, Communications Lead, and SMEs to ensure effective communication tailored to different audiences. Develop and deliver change-specific coaching/training for school staff to build the necessary skills and behaviors for system adoption. Assess and track stakeholder readiness, address gaps, and adjust plans based on feedback and milestones. Identify and proactively manage risks to successful change adoption. Support the City of London's Occupational Health and Safety Policy and Equal Opportunity Policy. Qualifications & Experience: Experience delivering people change and transformation, preferably within an SAP programme. (A/I) Working knowledge of SAP (desirable). (A/I) Experience managing change, conducting impact assessments, and ensuring change readiness at multiple levels. (A/I) Expertise in defining and implementing training and communication strategies for stakeholders. (A/I) Knowledge of ADKAR methodology for change management. (A/I) Experience working with or within a school (desirable). (A/I) Experience collaborating with system integrators and SMEs. (A/I) Ability to design and deliver training for support functions to facilitate technical change. (A/I) Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. (A/I) Ability to work independently and as part of a team. (A/I) Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. (A/I) Strong project management capabilities.
