Altum Consulting are working with an rapidly growing commercial property business to recruit a Commercial Finance Analyst role based in Central London. This role is a 12-month FTC. Applying candidates must be on a short notice period. Commercial Finance Analyst role:Weekly and monthly reportingBudgeting and forecastingBusiness partnering with stakeholdersLiaising with budget ownersVariance analysisData and ad hoc analysisData improvements in finance systemContinuous process improvement As a Commercial Finance Analyst you'll be/have:Actively studying towards an Accounting Qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA etc.)Experience in a Finance Analyst rolePrevious experience in property is idealProblem solving and process improvement mindsetConfident with excellent communication skillsAvailable on a short notice period For further information on this new role please contact Aliza Qureshi on the attached details.
