Must be available 5 days a week.Job Duties: The PPA Cover Teacher in Orpington will be responsible for delivering pre-planned lessons across different subjects to cover for teachers' absence. This includes maintaining a positive learning environment, managing student behaviour, and ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with school guidelines.Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience: Previous experience in teaching or covering lessons in a school settingKnowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of the UK national curriculum, excellent communication skills, ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles, good classroom management skillsPreferred Qualifications: Additional training or certification in specific subject areasWorking Conditions: The role involves working in a school environment, following the school timetable, and collaborating with other teachers and staff members.
