Job Description Job Role: Clinical Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified) Salary: £44,593.33 p/a Location: Ledbury Job Type: Permanent Contracted Hours: Full Time (36 hours per week) Setting: Nursing Home Setting We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled full time Clinical Deputy Manager to join our clients nursing home team in Halesowen. As the Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work alongside the Home Manager to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents and the effective management of the home. Clinical Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified) Key Responsibilities: Supporting the Home Manager in the daily management & running of the Care Home. Managing, delivering & leading high quality care as part of the Nursing/care team using a person centred approach Ensuring the individual needs of service users are met, providing opportunities for individuals to use their skills and enhance their quality of life, whilst maintaining their independence and privacy Leading a team of Nurses in all aspects of Nursing Care including medication management, Care planning and wound care Whilst being organised & reliable in approach to work. Assisting in quality control audits and improvement plans Contributing to nurse and care staff training and development programmes This post involves both clinical and management responsibilities Clinical Deputy Manager (Nurse Qualified) Requirements: Registered Nurse with an active NMC pin. Must be nurse qualified with previous experience as a deputy manager in a nursing home setting. Experience of supporting the elderly Right to Work within the UK Experience in a leadership or management role. Strong clinical skills and knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
