Children's Home ManagerHalifaxUp to £52,000 Job Information: Children's Registered Home Manager Joining a well-established organisation that provides therapeutic support to children and young people within residential care homes across the northwest The home is a 5 bedded home, for boys aged 11-17 The home specialises in support for boys with challenging behaviours and a history of EBD The home manager will work with the RI and HR department to manage, recruit, develop and train the staff team You will ensure the service provides company and OFSTED standard support to each young person You will ensure the home is set to provide positive outcomes for the young people within the home The home is based in Halifax Salary: Up to £50,000 + £2,000 in bonuses Contract: Full-time, permanent contract Monday - Friday + on-call duties Requirements to be considered: NVQ Level 3 in children and young people NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management Deputy or Registered Manager experience Vetro Recruitment acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
