You are someone who is engaging and flexible in their approach with a friendly manner. Excellent team player with a proactive can-do attitude, and an ability to multi task. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to be reactive and think on your feet. Self-organised and able to prioritise workload to meet agreed deadlines. Establish and maintain effective communication with all Members and colleagues within The Club. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. Main Responsibilities: Ensure the safekeeping and security of The Queen’s Club effectively controlling access and providing a prompt and efficient emergency response service. Meet and greet Members, guests, staff and approved visitors to The Club in a professional and polite manner maintaining the friendly and helpful reputation of The Club at all times. Follow all security opening, closing and daily/night working procedures to the standard required. During the summer tournament, build up, event and break down, manage access to The Club to the procedures required ensuring site safety is maintained at all times. Keeping a record of all visitors including the time of arrival and departure Monitoring surveillance cameras Responding to alarms within the premises Patrolling the premises regularly to ensure nothing is out of place Performing scheduled and random checks of designated areas throughout the facility to check for any security breaches The Queen's Club is a world renowned private Members rackets club in south west London. Host to the international annual HSBC Championships the Club is complemented by a refurbished Club House Restaurant along with private rooms for hospitality. Job Type: Casual, Part-time, zero-hours contract
