This direct leadership role will see you supporting the Nurse Unit Manager and act as a professional resource, leader, and support person for your fellow team members, and to provide patients with a high standard of dedicated and specialised care. Current dual registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse/Midwife Minimum four years’ experience working across all aspects of maternity care Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential Remuneration On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from: $54.72 - $58.82 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
