What We’re Looking For: A graduate in Psychology, Criminology, Sociology, or a related subject.A passion for working with vulnerable students and helping them overcome barriers to learning.Strong resilience, patience, and emotional intelligence.An ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging behavior effectively.Experience with SEN, youth work, mentoring, or mental health support (preferred but not essential).
