Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant or HLTA in a UK school.A relevant Level 4 qualification or PGCE without QTS.Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum for EYFS, KS1, and KS2.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to maintaining a positive work-life balance.
