Primary Teaching AssistantLocation – NewhamContract – FlexibleStart date – ASAPPay - £89 - £100 per dayHours - 8.30ampmWe are looking for passionate, dynamic, Teaching assistants to help support a Primary classroom, working with various needs and providing support and interventions. You will be working as either a one-to-one or supporting the classroom. All candidates will be subject to a enhanced DBS check.Role and Responsibilities: Implement group or 1:1 interventions to support pupils who have emotional or social barriers to learningEstablish constructive relationships with pupils, acting as a role model and setting high expectationsPromote the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils Requirements: Currently hold Enhanced DBS (or willing to obtain one)Experience managing challenging behaviours, adapting approach to individual behaviour supportExperience working with Children, ideally in in a Primary schoolA commitment to promoting inclusivity and diversity within the school community All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
