Job DescriptionTo run the shift on a specific line, supervising a small team to ensure that food powder blends are packed to a set formulation in a safe, hygienic and efficient manner.
To lead by example, ensuring the team adhere to all Health and Safety and Food Safety culture requirements, policies and procedures at all times.
To guide and coach members of the team to ensure the production plan is achieved.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve production processes, and support a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
Material Loading, product packing and stacking
Package control and labelling
Completion of paperwork /records
Weighing, Measuring, and Batch recording.
Basic equipment maintenance
General Cleaning
To work tidily as you go, clean and tidy the production area.
