Do you have a strong commitment to our inclusive and multi-cultural ethos, ensuring every child's individual needs are met?RequirementsTo be considered for the Year 3 Primary Teacher position, you must: Hold Qualified Teacher Status (PGCE/QTS) - NQTs will also be consideredHave the ability to build strong professional relationships with children, creating a nurturing, positive, and engaging learning environmentHave high expectations for children's learning, presentation, and behaviour, promoting a culture of excellence and respectBe able to identify learning gaps and deliver high-quality interventions to ensure every child can reach their full potentialBe a team player who works effectively within a dedicated and supportive team, sharing ideas and best practisesHave a hard-working attitude with a passion for meeting the diverse needs of our children and contributing to their success every dayHave ECT status (or be working towards it) with the ambition to grow as an outstanding teacher Vision for Education is committed to safeguarding children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
