Housing Support Team Leader Bethnal Green 3 Months 40 Hours £17.88 LTD / £15.24 PAYE (inc hol) A Housing Association in East London are seeking a dedicated Housing Support Team Leader to join their team in Bethnal Green, overseeing the support provided to vulnerable residents and ensuring the highest quality of service. THE ROLE As a Housing Support Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service, managing staff, and supporting residents within a psychologically informed environment.Oversee the day-to-day operational support within the service and work closely with the Service Managers to drive service improvementManage and support the Night Team and Enhanced Housing Officer, ensuring effective supervision, coaching, and trainingEnsure the service remains compliant with CQC regulations and contract requirementsSupport residents in stabilising their substance use and progressing toward independent livingRespond to incidents and health & safety concerns using risk management proceduresBuild and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders and community partnersAssist in managing the service budget in line with financial policies THE CANDIDATE The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar Housing Support or Team Leader role, with a strong background in working with vulnerable individuals.Experience managing or supervising staff within a housing or support settingStrong understanding of substance misuse, trauma, and complex needsKnowledge of CQC regulations and best practices in supported housingAbility to manage rotas, budgets, and staffing resources effectivelyExcellent communication and IT skills, with the ability to prepare reports and case studies THE CONTRACT40 Hours Per Week (Rota, Early / Late Shifts - 8-4/2-10 - and some weekends)3 Month ContractThe pay for the role is £17.88 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £15.24 per hour, inclusive of holiday.
