The Opportunity
We're looking for a Business Development Executive to help our client drive new business and support the agency's next stage of growth. In this role, you'll work closely with their experienced sales team, identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and expanding the client base.
With a creative and strategic mindset, you'll play a key role in building and managing a sales funnel through targeted outreach and collaboration with the marketing team. If you're passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn more about organic strategies like SEO and social media, this role is the perfect fit for you.

What you'll be doing
Proactively seek and secure meetings
Uncover new business opportunities and evaluate the best fit for them
Discover and develop target brand lists, and crafting tailored outreach strategies
Generate new leads through cold prospecting, personalised emailing, and cold calling
Develop bespoke cadences to showcase the agency's unique offerings
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to identify and connect with new prospects
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, events, and opportunities to enhance your sales efforts
About You
Previous experience in a sales or recruitment role is a plus, but not essential - having the drive and potential to be successful is
Highly motivated and proactive in your approach to new tasks and challenges
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build rapport
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and the commitment to meet deadlines
Outstanding written communication skills at a native English level; fluency in German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a bonus
Ability to utilise CRM systems and related tools to manage outreach and track progress
