Registered Manager Location: Camden, London Salary: £47,958.75 (base) - up to £63,158.75 (with bonuses) We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Outstanding 6-bed children's home in Camden. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of management experience, working with children aged 11-17 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Oversee high-quality care for children and young people, ensuring positive outcomes. Lead, mentor, and supervise staff, ensuring effective care delivery. Manage day-to-day operations and contribute to continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safeguarding standards. Essential Requirements: NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management, NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People. Proven experience in managing a children's home, including staff supervision and performance management. Knowledge of the Children's Act 1989, Care Standards Act 2000, and safeguarding procedures. Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Benefits: 32 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays), increasing with service. Ofsted Bonuses: £5,000 (Outstanding) / £2,500 (Good).
