Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the KS2 curriculumAssess, monitor, and support pupil progress, ensuring all children reach their full potentialMaintain a positive and inclusive classroom environmentCollaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupils’ developmentUphold the school’s values and contribute to extracurricular activities
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualificationExperience teaching in Key Stage 2 (either as a class teacher or on placement for ECTs)A passion for education and commitment to pupil progress and wellbeingStrong classroom management skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamA positive, proactive, and reflective approach to teaching
