Your key responsibilities will include:✔ Conducting medicines reconciliation and supporting safe prescribing practices✔ Providing expert advice on medication management to healthcare professionals and patients✔ Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures✔ Working within a multidisciplinary team to optimise patient outcomes✔ Maintaining accurate patient records and stock controlRequirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must have:✅ Current and valid GPhC registration✅ Previous hospital experience as a Medicines Management Pharmacy Technician✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills✅ Ability to work independently and within a team✅ A commitment to delivering high-quality patient careWorking Hours & Contract Duration: This is a Monday to Friday role, 9 AM – 5 PM, on a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.This opportunity won’t last long!
