Employment Solicitor - Cheltenham Location: Cheltenham Salary: Competitive (DOE) Working Arrangement: Hybrid About the Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a well-regarded team in Cheltenham. This role is ideal for a solicitor with NQ - 4 years PQE looking to develop their expertise in both contentious and non-contentious employment law. You will work with a broad client base, including SMEs, large corporations, and public sector organisations, handling a diverse range of employment matters. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters, including advisory and tribunal work. Providing advice on contracts, policies, disciplinary matters, and redundancy processes. Supporting businesses with TUPE, restructures, and employment litigation. Representing clients in employment tribunals and alternative dispute resolution. Assisting with business development activities, including networking and legal updates. The Ideal Candidate A qualified Employment Solicitor (NQ - 4 PQE). Experience advising on a mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Strong technical knowledge with a commercial mindset. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to legal issues.
