Job Title: Site Supervisor - Office Refurbishment Location: Bristol Start Date: 7th April Company: Leading Fit-Out & Refurbishment Contractor About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee an office refurbishment project in Bristol for a leading fit-out and refurbishment contractor. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a well-established company on a dynamic project, ensuring smooth site operations, health & safety compliance, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard. Coordinate subcontractors and site teams, maintaining efficiency and productivity. Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies. Conduct site inductions and toolbox talks. Monitor project progress and report to the Project Manager. Maintain site records and ensure all documentation is up to date. Requirements: Valid CSCS card (Essential) SMSTS or SSSTS certification (Essential) Fire Marshal & First Aid certification (Essential) Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on fit-out/refurbishment projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to problem-solve and work in a fast-paced environment.
