The Process Governance Manager will govern Boots Capability models and ARIS Process tooling as we expand its application across business programmes and projects.Key Responsibilities:Coordination of Process Governance and Change Management across Boots’ Enterprise Business ModelsManage the Governance Board; agenda, attendees and change requests; liaising with Head of Transformation, Senior Process Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Process Leads and wider ARIS user-group to validate change requests, ensuring collaboration and review across impacted Programmes and Projects.Implements and publishes approved changes to modelsOwner of ARIS Process Mapping toolManage the process for onboarding new Programmes and Projects, including capture of new Programme specific requirements and improvement of the onboarding processLeads the ARIS business user-group collaborating with users across Transformation programmes, Continuous Improvement, BAU and Project teams to capture requirements and ensure adoption of standard Ways of WorkingCoordinates and delivers ARIS trainingOwns the ARIS Software AG vendor relationship What you’ll need to haveExperience working in a Business/IT Programme or Project settingBusiness Process/Workflow design and documentation using industry standard toolsStrong governance, control and change management experienceHighly organised with attention to detail and competent documentation/written skillsHighly application/technically savvy with hands on application configuration and administration experienceConfident communicator able to explain complex scenarios simply to a variety of audiencesProblem solving; ability to work through complex business scenarios to find process and technical solutionsExperience handling/managing large volumes of data It would be great if you also haveARIS experienceExperience working with 3rd parties, both software providers and/or consultants and contractors augmented into business delivery rolesExperience working with senior business leaders as well as hands-on business usersDesign and delivery of tailored software training Our benefitsBoots Retirement Savings PlanDiscretionary annual bonusGenerous employee discountsEnhanced maternity/paternity/adoption leave pay and gift card for anyone expecting or adopting a childFlexible benefits scheme including option to buy additional holiday, discounted gym membership, life assurance, activity passes and much more.Access to free, 24/7 counselling and support through TELUS Health, our Employee Assistance Programme.We have a great range of benefits in addition to the above that offer flexibility to suit you - find out more at boots.jobs/rewards.
