Private Client Legal Secretary – StourbridgeA smaller, well-established and well-run law firm with a friendly, professional and client-focused culture is seeking a Private Client Legal Secretary to join its team! You will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, this will include: Providing secretarial support to fee earners in the Private Client department, including drafting and formatting legal documentsHandling audio and copy typing, including dictationManaging client files, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsLiaising with clients, handling enquiries professionally and sensitivelyAssisting with the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate applications and Trust administrationDiary management, scheduling appointments and organising meetingsLiaising with external stakeholders such as courts, estate agents and financial institutionsAssisting with billing and invoicing tasksGeneral administrative duties, including filing, scanning and correspondence Requirements: Previous experience as a Legal Secretary in a Private Client department is essentialProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management softwareExcellent typing speed and accuracy with strong attention to detailStrong organisational and multitasking skills Benefits: Competitive salary based on experienceSupportive and friendly working environmentOpportunity for professional development and trainingFlexible working arrangements considered for the right candidate If you are a skilled Private Client Legal Secretary looking for a role in a reputable and well-run firm, we would love to hear from you.
